I often ask why I can't keep myself awake during lectures. I have this solution in mind. Be prepared for the day, keep rehearsing what lectures I will be attending for that day, keep a positive mindset from the start. Well, this may work for me.

put in just half an hour a week, in a year's time you'll have done an extra 26 hours of mental training that your opponents haven't.
